Tipping mechanism
  • Front lifting press, integrated into the tipper body.

Peischl tipping body – main technical features:

  • Constructed from HARDOX steel.
  • Floor assembly with frames, floor plate 5 mm HARDOX 450.
  • Tipping shaft at the rear with robust bearings.
  • Roof beam folded inwards at an angle.
  • Side walls in frame construction, 3.2 mm HARDOX.
  • Framing made of fine-grained steel, fully welded.
  • Double-leaf rear wall, reinforced version with external twist-lock fasteners.
  • Hooks on side walls for cover net.
  • Tilt cylinder housed in a box on the front wall.

Alternative all-aluminium version:

  • Base plate 10 mm ALU Hartalu AC110.
  • Side walls made from 40 mm aluminium hollow sections, 4 mm inner wall thickness.
  • 2-leaf rear door, sturdy construction as with steel body.
Lighting system
  • Complete lighting system included in the truck manufacturer’s scope of supply and fitted by us.

  • Mounting for wheel chocks.
