This sliding floor with a hydraulic roof system enables the quick and safe loading, unloading and transhipment of bulk goods. It is ideal for applications where efficiency, safety and time savings are crucial in day-to-day operations.

Technical specifications

The sliding floor with a patented hydraulic roof system is based on an extremely robust S700MC steel chassis and is designed to withstand the rigours of daily transport operations. Its robust construction and a newly developed rear portal ensure reliable loading and unloading processes, even under heavy loads.

The roof system opens and closes at the touch of a button via a radio remote control or control unit. No manual operation or climbing required.

The bolted connection between the body and chassis, together with the special plain bearing system, ensures stability and a long service life. The high-quality premium paint finish provides lasting protection against corrosion.

Original patented hydraulic roof system

PEISCHL’s patented hydraulic roof system opens and closes entirely at the touch of a button. It can be controlled either via a wireless remote control or via the control unit fitted directly to the vehicle.

No need to climb up, pull or secure by hand. Significantly reduced downtime. The roof slides down along the edge of the vehicle and requires only 1.25 m of opening height. This means it can be opened right next to walls, as well as entering halls up to 5.3 m high.

The design allows for bulk cargo overhang of up to 950 mm. This results in maximum volume utilisation and a higher payload per journey.

Lightweight construction that generates a measurable profit every year

A PEISCHL reduces the vehicle’s kerb weight, thereby permanently lowering fuel consumption. Every tonne saved translates to around 1 litre less diesel per 100 kilometres. With an annual mileage of 180,000 kilometres, this adds up to 1,800 litres less fuel consumption per year. Technical efficiency thus translates into a clearly measurable economic benefit.

The PEISCHL system, featuring an extremely robust structure and a continuous steel chassis, is designed to withstand the highest levels of continuous stress in demanding transport applications. Rather than a self-supporting design, it offers maximum stability, a long service life and reliable performance when handling waste, recycled materials, timber and bulk goods.

Innovative bodywork design

The body is designed as a solid trough-type structure for universal and heavy-duty use. Reinforced side walls, a sturdy end wall construction made from hollow sections, and extremely robust corner posts ensure high durability, even when handling heavy and abrasive materials. Specially developed aluminium profiles enable a weight-optimised design whilst maintaining high structural stability.

New rear portal

The newly developed rear portal is designed to withstand extreme loads and ensure a smooth unloading process. Its robust construction and well-thought-out details ensure reliability in demanding, continuous use.

  • Specially developed aluminium profiles using PEISCHL profile technology, together with reinforced corner posts, ensure maximum stability and load-bearing capacity.
  • A solid double-jointed hinge allows for unobstructed through-loading without any hindrance during unloading.
  • Newly designed rear door seals and external stainless steel turnbuckles with special fasteners ensure long-lasting performance even under harsh operating conditions.
