Quick-change bodies for tipper trucks enable the transport of grain, gravel, mixed aggregate and excavated soil in the commercial vehicle sector. They are designed for rapid body changes and offer a flexible, cost-effective solution for a variety of applications on construction sites and in agricultural transport.

Subframe
  • Consisting of pressed longitudinal beams, which are connected to the chassis frame via side panels and clamps.
Tipping frame
  • Steel section construction, tapering from the centre.
  • Welded to the floor frame and the bulkheads in a rigid construction.
  • Floor made of 5 mm Hardox 450.
  • Rear ball-type tipping bearing.
Side panels
  • Made from 40 mm aluminium profiles with reinforcing ribs.
  • Side walls 1000 mm high, foldable and swing-out, with spring-assisted mechanism.
  • Rear wall mounted on a pivot around the upper pivot point.
  • Rear and side wall automatic system operated pneumatically from the driver’s cab.
  • Steel front wall.
  • Pneumatically folding underrun protection, fixed chute.
Area of application
  • Suitable for use on construction sites for transporting gravel, mixed aggregate or excavated earth.
  • Not suitable for transporting rock, concrete rubble or for heavy-duty use.
Hydraulics
  • Hydraulic system with pneumatic tipping valve and 3-way valve.
  • Piping and high-pressure hose connections.
  • Pump and oil reservoir.
  • Overpressure protection, tipping cylinder with stroke limit.
Tilt angle
  • Sideways approx. 50 degrees.
  • Rearwards approx. 50 degrees.
  • Tipping time approx. 15 seconds.

  • 6 PVC mudguards and side marker lights fitted to the lorry.
