Subframe

Tipping frame
  • Consisting of steel sections, tapering from the centre.
  • Welded to the floor frame and bulkheads to ensure rigidity.
  • Floor made of 5 mm NAXTRA.
  • Rear ball-type tipping bearing.
Side panels
  • Lower side walls on the left and right made from 40 mm aluminium profiles.
  • Height 1,100 mm, foldable and pivoting around the upper pivot point.
  • Partition closure in the form of a push bolt.
  • Top walls 30 mm, height 400 mm, can be swivelled forwards and backwards.
  • Rear wall can be pivoted and swivelled to the right.
  • Pneumatic closing aid, operated from the side and rear of the driver’s cab.
Hydraulics
  • PREMIUM hydraulic system with pneumatic tilt valve and 3-way valve.
  • Piping and high-pressure hose connections.
  • Overpressure protection.

  • 20-tonne tipping cylinder for 3-way tipping with safety cable.
