This push-floor trailer with forced steering offers maximum manoeuvrability in confined spaces. It is ideal for challenging loading and unloading points where precise manoeuvring and safe access are crucial.

Technical specifications

The 3-axle push-floor semi-trailer with hydraulically steered axles (forced steering) enables precise manoeuvring even in confined spaces. The electronic and hydraulic steering system allows safe and efficient access to narrow yards, driveways and hard-to-reach loading and unloading points that are often inaccessible with rigid trailers.

The improved manoeuvrability reduces the effort required for manoeuvring, saves time in daily use and increases safety. Combined with the sophisticated lightweight construction, the payload remains high without compromising on stability and operational capability.

Lightweight construction that generates a measurable profit every year

A PEISCHL reduces the vehicle’s kerb weight, thereby permanently lowering fuel consumption. Every tonne saved equates to around 1 litre less diesel per 100 kilometres. With an annual mileage of 180,000 kilometres, this adds up to 1,800 litres less fuel consumption per year. Technical efficiency thus translates into a clearly measurable economic benefit.

  • €2,880 less in fuel costs per year at a diesel price of €1.60
  • €23,040 in savings over eight years per tonne of weight reduction
  • Greater permissible payload per journey and thus higher returns over the same distance

Revolutionary chassis design

The PEISCHL system, featuring an extremely robust structure and a continuous steel chassis, is designed to withstand the highest levels of continuous stress in demanding transport applications. Rather than a self-supporting design, it offers maximum stability, a long service life and reliable performance when handling waste, recycling, timber and bulk materials.

  • Extremely robust outer frame and roof strap construction for aggressive continuous operation.
  • Light and Strong chassis construction made from high-strength S700MC steel for maximum payload with the highest stability.
  • Unique bolted connection between the body and chassis for optimal force distribution and a structurally stable construction.

Innovative bodywork design

The body is designed as a solid trough-type structure for universal and heavy-duty use. Reinforced side walls, a sturdy end wall construction made from hollow sections, and extremely robust corner posts ensure high durability, even when handling heavy and abrasive materials. Specially developed aluminium profiles enable a weight-optimised design whilst maintaining high structural stability.

  • Extremely robust body and sidewall construction for refuse, recycling, timber and bulk goods.
  • Reinforced end wall and solid corner posts for maximum load-bearing capacity in continuous operation.
  • Specially developed aluminium profiles for an optimal combination of stability and low weight.

New rear portal

The newly developed rear portal is designed to withstand extreme loads and ensure a smooth unloading process. Its robust construction and well-thought-out details ensure reliability in demanding, continuous use.

  • Specially developed aluminium profiles using PEISCHL profile technology, together with reinforced corner posts, ensure maximum stability and load-bearing capacity.
  • A solid double-jointed hinge allows for unobstructed through-loading without any hindrance during unloading.
  • Newly designed rear door seals and external stainless steel turnbuckles with special fasteners ensure long-lasting performance even under harsh operating conditions.

The differences at a glance

The reduced kerb weight is not achieved by using less material or compromising on quality, but through the targeted use of high-strength steels such as S700MC and a comprehensively optimised chassis design. This saves weight without compromising on stability and durability.

The result is a design that combines high stability with low kerb weight. This means you benefit from reduced fuel consumption and a higher payload per journey in day-to-day use.

In the long term, this leads to measurable cost savings, greater transport efficiency and improved economic performance throughout the vehicle’s entire service life.
