Component Description
Loading ramp
  • Approx. 6,500 x 2,450 mm clear width.
  • Length variable.
Subframe
  • Made from hot-rolled shaped tubing 200 x 100 mm.
  • Bolted to the lorry chassis with gusset plates.
Underframe
  • All-steel substructure consisting of steel sections.
  • Welded to the outer frame in a force-fit, rigid construction.
  • Special outer frame with a 2 cm step.
  • Ten pairs of lashing eyes recessed into the outer frame.
  • Galvanised EDSCHA running rail bolted to the flatbed outer frame across the full width of 2,550 mm.
Lashing rails
  • Four special C-profiles recessed flush into the floor in the longitudinal direction.
  • Four rows of Foro 70 x 70 x 3 profiles mounted vertically flush with the floor assembly in the transverse direction.
  • Layout of the longitudinal and transverse lashing points agreed in consultation with Schröck.
Floor
  • Multi-laminated screen-printed floor, 27 mm thick.
Superstructure
  • Front wall made of 25 mm aluminium hollow sections at roof height.
  • EDSCHA sliding bar cover, mechanically operated.
  • Locking tensioning device on the rear wall.
  • Sliding canopy can be moved from rear to front.
  • Fixed rear wall approx. 1,500 mm high made from aluminium profiles.
Miscellaneous
  • Side marker lights are included with the truck and are fitted by us.
  • Side protection made from anodised aluminium slats.
  • Existing underrun protection.
  • PVC toolbox.
  • PVC mudguards included with the truck.
  • Complete wiring harness included in the truck manufacturer’s scope of delivery, even if extension is required.
Paintwork
  • All steel parts sandblasted.
  • Careful priming and spray painting with top-quality acrylic paint.
  • Single-coat paint finish in RAL colour.
  • Base and outer frame in chassis colour.
  • Front and rear panels in RAL colour.
