The chassis consists of continuous longitudinal beams made of high-quality, thermomechanically hot-rolled fine-grained S700MC steel to save weight and increase the payload. Manufactured in I-beam form and welded with pressed cross members, it forms a rigid, laser-cut construction with optimised weight.
