  • Width (internal) approx. 2,390 mm.
  • Front wall height approx. 1,750 mm, to be confirmed with the crane company.
  • Side wall height approx. 2,650 mm.
  • Overall height approx. 3,900 mm.
  • Exact internal height to be confirmed once the truck chassis height is known.
  • Exact dimensions will be determined by axle load calculation and stability analysis carried out by the crane company, the lorry manufacturer and the bodybuilder.
Tipping mechanism
  • Front lifting press, integrated into the body.
Body
  • Steel tipping body.
  • Floor assembly with frames, 5 mm HARDOX 450 floor plate.
  • Tipping shaft at the rear with bearings.
  • Roof beam folded inwards at an angle.
  • Side walls in frame construction made from 3.2 mm HARDOX.
  • Framing made of fine-grained steel, fully welded.
  • Double-leaf rear wall with external twist-lock fasteners, reinforced version.
  • Hooks for netting on the side walls.
  • Tilt cylinder installed in a housing on the front wall.
  • Alternatively, a body in solid aluminium construction with the same dimensions as the steel body.
  • Floor 8 mm.
  • Side walls made of 40 mm hollow sections with 4 mm inner wall thickness.
  • Double-leaf rear door.

  • Complete lighting is included in the truck manufacturer’s scope of supply and is fitted by us.
